Hi Reader, Enrollment for the Good Girl Recovery Program closes next week, and I want to take a moment to talk about why this work is so needed right now. When I started this program back in 2013, it was in response to a pattern I was seeing in my coaching clients—especially women navigating non-traditional relationships with their partners. Many of these women were deeply attuned to the needs of others, but when it came to their own wants, boundaries, and desires… they’d go quiet. They were trying to be “good” partners. Good women. And in doing so, they lost touch with what lit them up. That’s why I originally created the Good Girl Recovery Program—a space to unlearn the silence and reclaim what’s true. Over the years, hundreds of people have gone through the program (many more than once), and the work continues to evolve and deepen. But what makes this moment so critical? Because the world is shifting—and not always in our favor. From the rise of “tradwife” content to renewed attacks on bodily autonomy, we’re seeing more pressure to shrink ourselves. There’s a cultural tightening, a policing of gender and desire, and a quiet push to go back to the way things were. That’s exactly why now is the time to fortify. We need spaces that push back against the noise. That remind us of our full humanity. That support us in being expressive, honest, powerful, and free. That’s what this program is about. And the stakes are real. These trends aren’t just passing fads—they are becoming entrenched. The rollback of rights, the normalization of surveillance and shame, the push toward narrow gender roles—these are coordinated efforts, and they’re gaining ground. We need more than just self-care. We need analysis. We need community. We need tools for resilience and recovery. We need to remember who we are, and we need to do it together. This program offers both personal empowerment and collective clarity—fortification—so we don’t just survive this moment, we rise to meet it. If you’re craving space to reconnect with your desires, your voice, and your power, I hope you’ll join us. 🌀 Doors close May 30th Fiercely, Warmly, PS - Here’s what past students are saying about the Good Girl Recovery Program on Instagram: 👉 Scoop up your spot now |
